Found Animals

One of many occurences..... This dog was picked up from the road on the 31st of March 2014, very late at night. He was scared and running fast down the R591 South of Dunbeacon. He turned out to be very gentle, a sheepdog type, white with one blind eye. He was in good health, not hungry. Judging from his thick coat, he probably lives outside.

Through appeals on Facebook and this website and asking around the area, we were able to reunite dog and owner. This boy was lucky. However many dogs don't find their way home as there is often no identification or microchip to provide information.

To all dog owners:

- Please have your dog microchipped and register your data online.

- Don't forget to keep the informatio up to date as and when you move.

- At the very least make sure your pet wears a collar and legible tag.
